Delete your PetHour account
Deleting your account is permanent. It happens straight away and can't be undone.
Want a copy first? Preferences → Privacy → Download my data gives you your bookings, messages, pets, and your visits' photos and GPS routes as a ZIP file.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, phone number and photos
- Your profile, listings, availability and service areas
- Pet details beyond each pet's name, species and breed
- Your saved card, calendar connections and Google / Apple sign-in links
- Your preferences, favourites, client notes and contact lists
What we keep, and why
- Bookings, payments, payouts and tax records — the law requires them (up to 7 years)
- Disputes and safety reports
- Reviews and booking messages, shown as from "Former member"
- Visit photos stay with the pet owner's records until they're removed after 12 months
- If you started the free trial: one-way fingerprints of your email, phone, ID name and date of birth, and payout account — never the values — for 3 years, so the trial stays one per person

How to delete your account
- Sign in to PetHour (on the web or in the app).
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account — or come back to this page.
- Finish anything still in progress, confirm it's you, and type DELETE.
Can't sign in? Contact support or email support@pethour.app from the address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
